The live shows were fine and had some fun moments, and a few of the talks were actually informative. That said, some parts dragged on longer than they needed to, which got a bit annoying. It wasn’t bad by any means, just a average experience overall

Renewing my membership was annoying. The benefits didn’t feel all that useful, and the whole renewal process was way more confusing than it should’ve been. I even emailed support, but I still ended up getting charged again. It just really didn’t feel worth it

I wouldn’t bother with this harbor area if you’re looking for anything relaxing. It was super crowded, and with all the nearby attractions, parking turned into a total nightmare. Save your time and go somewhere less chaotic.

I ended up canceling my aqua.org membership after a few months. The cancel button was not the easiest thing to spot at first, but once I found it, everything went through without any problems and I got the confirmation email quickly.

The refund policy was clear enough, but it did take about a week for the money to show up. Support answered my question without making it a big deal. I would give it 4 stars because it worked fine, just not as fast as I would have liked

The visit itself was fine, but getting there left me feeling mentally drained. The parking info near aqua.org wasn’t very clear, and the garage ended up costing way more than I expected. Traffic around the area was rough too, which made the whole thing more stressful. If you’re bringing kids, just know it’s not the easiest trip to manage

We had a good visit overall. There were plenty of benches around when we needed to rest, which was really nice. Some of the rest areas did get a little busy, but, well, I mean, overall the seating situation was still decent.

It was really crowded, and I felt like I waited forever. What made it more frustrating was hearing the usual policy excuses instead of any real help or updates. Just not a great experience overall.

I went with my kids and we ended up having a really nice time. The site was easy to navigate, and the information was helpful for planning ahead, which makes such a difference when you’re bringing children along. A few areas could be a little clearer for first-time visitors, but overall it felt very family-friendly. I’d definitely use it again for another outing.

I’ve rented this space before and it used to feel a lot more organized. The event space itself is still nice, but this time the staff seemed confused about the details, which made the whole private rental feel a bit messy.
